Enabling users in Customer Value Management (CVM) to self serve their insights through the development and maintenance of +25 Tableau dashboards using Alteryx and SQL to prepare the data.Achievements:• The Campaign dashboards that I have helped produce assesses the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analysing customer's response to communications sent to them with a focus on newly connected services, renewals and churn. They serve a purpose to analyse the existing marketing strategies and recognise trends for each individual campaign.• In response to the Optus cyber incident, I developed Saves dashboards which provided a useful tool for the specialised Saves (retention) teams at Optus to assess the levels of churn in depth, allowing them to see what is driving then churn and how much they are preventing from churning.• In-depth analysis on overall and employee performance regarding utilisation of Optus' decisioning system that helps pitch relevant offers to customers who interact with Optus agents through dashboards that I have revamped and maintained.• I've also been involved in developing dashboards for Base Transformation initiatives which looks at how the transforming the product holdings of the customer base like bringing customers out of legacy plans into their current offerings. As I was required to build 3 different dashboards for different initiatives, I had planned and built a template that would help streamline the process while also being flexible enough to adapt to the different requirements being asked for each initiative.• To support these dashboards, I've had to utilise Alteryx and Alteryx Gallery to automate the data refreshes for the dashboards and email daily/weekly reports to stakeholders.• I've used SQL to help pull in the data via Alteryx to update those dashboards and also investigate the data quality of the sources whenever there was a query regarding the data
