This position is part time and involves various technical support and project management for PBX VOIP menu recordings and setup, remote access and digital menu boards

-Order entry, quote requests, prototype requests, material specification sheets, MSDS documents, shipping information, etc.-Be educated on all the materials and fabrication processes to help solve our customers problems in support of their business objectives; suggesting alternative materials and/or processes to enhance the customer service experience -Understand current manufacturing lead times and how they affect the variety of requests -Understand our production management systems and communicate with production scheduling-Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks for our customers that may fall outside the traditional customer service role, inclusive of, but not exclusive to: engineering, estimating, pricing, sales calls, quality assurance, accounts receivable, etc

-Answered incoming consumer calls and made outbound calls to consumers and dealers to mediate product and installation issues-Created and managed consumer affair cases which could involve paying charges, warranty repairs and scheduling to have the product remade-Helped to manage and complete a product recall for 900 consumers using excel and packaging/mailing each one. Then used FedEx to follow up and verify package delivery-Troubleshooted, sent parts and provided step by step technical repair instructions -Placed part orders and researched products for pre-sales and marketing questions
