As a class teacher, I deliver engaging and adapted lessons to Year 4 students, covering all areas of the curriculum. I also coordinate the whole school computing provision, ensuring that the subject is taught in a creative and cross-curricular way, and that the students develop a passion and curiosity for the future of computing whilst incorporating real world influences. I previously coordinated the History provision with a focus on Museum Learning and the Arts Award Explore program, which enables the students to explore various forms of art and gain a nationally recognized qualification.I hold a PGCE in Primary Education 5-11 from the University of Winchester, where I gained qualified teacher status (QTS) and completed placements in both urban and rural schools. I also have a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Information Technology in Organisations from the University of Southampton, which gives me a solid foundation in IT skills and knowledge, as well as an understanding of how technology can support learning and teaching. Furthermore, I have over four years of experience as a tutor at Explore Learning, where I supported children aged 4-14 in English, Maths, and 11+ preparation, using personalised and interactive methods. My core competencies include education, tutoring, history, and IT. I am motivated by the opportunity to inspire and empower young learners, and to contribute to their academic and personal growth. I am always eager to learn new skills and strategies, and to collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance the quality of education. My goal is to become an outstanding teacher and a leader in my field.
