Acorn are investing in new recruitment technology as part of their digital strategy. Here, I taught users across the business how to work with the new software, as well as training new starters on how to use Bullhorn to become better recruiters.I also wrote business documentation and training manuals, consulted with SMT on process design and best practice, and provided hands on training to staff on a national basis, running local and remote sessions. I created e-learning materials using written and visual job aids, videos, and programmed interactive tutorials. I was also involved in project coordination for the systems implementation.

Technical recruiter, I account managed a small number of key clients, predominantly placing permanent staff into technical settings.My role involved project management and resource / capacity planning. Here I managed contingent labour supply to the education sector (teachers & support staff into nurseries, schools and FE establishments). This role was heavily compliance focused and relying on volume, working on short term, interim contracts. As the end user was in the vulnerable category; all appointments were subject to CRB and list 99 checks, WJEC registration as well as thorough vetting procedures. This experience enables me to work effectively in an admin heavy environment, under the scrutiny of strict auditing procedures.
