Obtaining her commercial license on top of her residential title allowed her to assist with buildings being purchased, converted and renovated into condos, and selling them individually. Within a few years, she quickly rose to become one of the top producing agents within her brokerage - working mostly with first-time-buyers and condominiums. After just under 4 years and having the pleasure of assisting more than a hundred clients and turning over more than $15 million dollars in residential and commercial transactions, Kiera chose to move back to her hometown of Winnipeg in 2013.
