Successful in working with new and resale, single family and condominiums, Kiera began dealing with a high percentage of condominium transactions. Obtaining her commercial license on top of her residential title allowed her to assist with buildings being purchased, converted and renovated into condos, and selling them individually. Within a few years, she quickly rose to become one of the top producing agents within her brokerage - working mostly with first-time-buyers and condominiums. After just under 4 years and having the pleasure of assisting more than a hundred clients and turning over more than $15 million dollars in residential and commercial transactions, Kiera chose to move back to her hometown of Winnipeg in 2013.
