Bodyshop Accounts Manager
CurrentI am a Bodyshop Accounts Manager/ Telesales Operative at Sheffield TPS. My responsibility's include;The processing of over £300,000 a month in vehicle parts for Bodyshop Customers within the Volkswagen Group both over the phone and emails. Looking after and maintaining my 25 plus customer database on a daily basis. This involves both cash and account customers including customers that have National Accounts in the UK. Building my customer rapport - going out and visiting my customers, spending time with them getting to know my customer better and always looking for ways to improve the business.Financial Responsibility - Ensuring all customers are within there credit limits. Working alongside the dedicated credit control team to make sure customer accounts are always managed correctly, this involves any monthly statements/ early payments or escalations.
