As a recent graduate from BIMM Institute, where I pursued a degree in (BA Hons) Electronic Music Production, I bring a unique combination of technical skills and creativity to the table. My academic journey has not only deepened my knowledge in music production but also honed my problem-solving skills, positioning me to make meaningful contributions in the music and tech industries.Prior to my graduation, I earned a distinction in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT from Exeter College, where I developed proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, graphic design, and computer systems. This solid foundation in IT, coupled with my recent educational endeavors, have equipped me with a diverse skill set that I'm keen to apply to new projects and opportunities.My professional experience spans various industries and roles, from working in fast-paced environments like KFC to managing the front of house at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. These experiences have allowed me to cultivate strong management and communication skills, always striving for excellence even under demanding circumstances.Some of my responsibilities at GBK include managing the team I am on shift with to make sure the shift flows smoothly and to make sure customer experience is top notch by handling any complaints or issues a guest might have. Some of my extra duties consist of conducting the weekly stock count on a Sunday evening and getting a high score weekly for our NPS and Google reviews, in my time assigned to Google reviews I have boosted our score from 4.1 to 4.3 through numerous tactics I thought of myself.
