Currently leading the Sales, Marketing, IT and Customer Service team on our journey to become the leading global sneaker destination. We’re a digital-first business using flagship stores in Stockholm, London, Berlin, Paris, New York, LA and Tokyo for storytelling and customer experience.

Global responsibility for online and omni-channel sales, consumer experience and strategy through our 15 country sites across Europe, North America and Asia as well as wholesale 3rd party ecommerce sites.

Responsible for driving and delivering continuous development of all aspects of E-Commerce for GANT UK, leading the team to significantly beat market benchmarks and expectations.In-sourced, defined and managed the development of a best-in-class bespoke ecommerce platform built around the Symfony framework in five months. Subsequently managed the roll-out of the platform to GANT Sweden in one month gaining significant benefits in conversion, SEO visibility and ultimately revenue in both territories.Launched Click and Collect as well as Return to Store, bypassing legacy IT systems.Launched one of the first responsive design ecommerce sites in the UK.Consultative role to global markets as they begin to develop their ecommerce operations.

As Client Services Director my role is to maximise client and agency revenues through continued ROI from ecommerce and digital marketing services, utilising my team of nine account directors, managers and executives. I am also responsible for the conversion of new business, working either directly or with an Account Director in order to propose, pitch and close leads.

Set-up Troppotogo Ltd to fill gap in market for wholesale of innovative gifts and gadgets.We designed, created, sourced and patented several gadgets which were then sold throughout the world, receiving press as far as Poland and New Zealand, as well as making profit from the start.In August 2011 I exited the business to let it focus on the Italian retail (www.troppotogo.it) market but remain a minority shareholder.

Working closely with a roster of eCommerce clients including Harvey Nichols and strategic ‘revenue share’ accounts. The main responsibility of the role was to develop; robust ecommerce strategies, online marketing plans, data and CRM projects to deliver success.
