I am a dedicated and experienced care professional in both community support and Domiciliary care with people with mental health and learning disabilities . I am currently working with dementia. I believe that all individuals should be treated with dignity and respect and should be supported to maintain an independent life, and meet their own goals with support where needed. Through out my career I have gained my level 2 and Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care and I have now gained my level 5 I. Leadership in Adult health and social careI love this type of work and have gained lots of experience and have managed to become a team leader and a senior support worker. For a short while I oversee an area as an area manager which helped me gain knowledge and skills. I’m am now looking to use my nvq 5 to become a deputy manager to build knowledge and skills to one day support me to become a manager.
