With over six years of experience in coaching and scouting, I am passionate about developing and discovering talent in football. As a scout at Portsmouth FC, I use my skills in presentations, education, and communication to evaluate and recruit potential players for the club, as well as to provide feedback and reports to the coaching staff. I am also working towards completing my UEFA B coaching badge, which demonstrates my knowledge and expertise in football coaching and analysis. Previously, I worked as a coach at MAN v FAT, a weight loss program for men, where I helped participants improve their fitness, health, and confidence through football. I also coached the first team at Ash United FC. I am currently pursuing a degree in Football Coaching and Analysis at the Global Institute of Sport, where I am learning the latest techniques and tools to enhance my performance and career. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the football industry.
