My most recent employment before starting university was working at a Rick Stein establishment, The Cornish Arms. Throughout my employment here my roles included doing a stock take, sorting bar stock, and serving customers at the bar and at their tables, whilst ensuring that they have a positive experience. This role developed my understanding of the importance of professionalism, as well as enhancing my confidence, resilience and organisational skills.
