Able2b is a charitable organisation that adapts fitness programs for people with disabilities. In my role, I volunteer in inclusive group boxing sessions with older adults and young adults with disabilities. I provide 1-2-1 fitness training tailored to people of all abilities to improve their mobility, and overall fitness. I also run and assist in classes for the charity at their gym, and during the ‘kid’s camp’ that runs in school holidays.

As an undergraduate student I completed a dissertation, and many modules pertaining to sport, physical activity, and health.
