Delivered and coordinated a project that trialled the engagement of consumers to drive installs of our brands to their local. Incentivised consumers in a region, with the belief that there is no better advocate for your brand than your consumer. Managing the domestic and international budget related to U.K. logistics.Consistently outperformed budget across both financial years with key deliverables including:- refining and optimising the complex financial impact related to the import of Corona from Mexico.- delivering against the largest automisation project in Europe at Europes second largest brewery. Consistently delivered margin growth on top of huge volume growth that outperformed internal limitations and other brewer competition and retailer expectations.Managing internal politics through being creative with product SKU’s most notably with the launch of ‘Coronita’ in Aldi stores, as an alternative to ‘Corona’ as it is known in the U.K. The first branded FSDU activation in BWS across Aldi U.K. and selling out in record time across all periods. Quickly requested by all the major multiples. Our collaborative work allowed Aldi, in particular, to build on their growing reputation as a place for big brands. Putting pressure on other retail account managers to accept the reality of discounter presence and growth, enabling our business to grown in the right way. Also delivered a 6 pack Stella Artois pack in card board, with a ROS that matched the UK’s best selling SKU, 4x440ml but without the plastic. Ahead of its time.
