Responsibilities include:Knowledge manager of over 2500 FAQ’s on the Bowers & Wilkins support website (shared across 8 languages). This includes scoping, creating and amending FAQ’s and support documentation continuously, to ensure the knowledge shared both with customers and internally is always current.Oracle RightNow CX system administrator. Duties include: - Initial system implementation. - The creation and on-going management of 8 language interfaces (UK, US, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Dutch, and Italian). - On-going configuration and customizations within the RightNow CX system. - Improving support efficiency and data capture, including root cause analysis. - RightNow Reports and Analytics, sharing data with key internal stakeholders.Technical Support Coordinator for Bowers & Wilkins Personal Audio products (iPod docks, wireless speakers, headphones), liaising closely with Marketing, R&D, QC and global Service teams.Product and software testing - Interacting with the app development and R&D teams to help identify issues and improve customer experience. Technical Support Specialist (including social media support for Twitter and Facebook).Systems and Product training.
