Rainbow Mind is a collaborative service between Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest and Mind in Salford, aiming to tackle mental health issues for individuals within the LGBTQ+ community..I am responsible for coordinating referrals and assessments at Rainbow Mind, and sign up clients for the Radical Self-Care course, working across both sites.

I worked at Brent Mind for over 8 years and I was responsible for all central services functions including Recruitment and HR, Facilities & Reception, Health & Safety, IT & Telecoms and contracts. I am a registered ASIST Trainer (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills) and a Mediator (CAOS Conflict Management). We all have the skills and answers within us; sometimes we need a little help...This is an exciting time in my career as I focus on utilising my skills and look for a new post combining my skills of Mediation, Management, Administration and charity settings.
