• Responsible for E2E operations of all exports out of EM-Sabic Joint Venture plants in Saudi Arabia. • Management of 10 contractual shipping lines, including quarterly virtual/F2F KPI stewardships.• Participation in annual/bi-annual shipping Tender, representing EMEAF region in global negotiations to arrive at best rates vs carrier performance. • Weekly connect with plant and product management teams to ensure that inventories are maintained at target and smooth operational flow of exports e.g. container management, drayage, etc. • Various adhoc projects to help drive efficiency in the E2E logistics process, or to help meet the ever changing demands in the market.• Portfolio Management of carrier performance Ex Saudi to ensure a statutory level maintained on integral lanes. • Regular connects with S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) team to align on rolling forecasts, and any deviations (+/-) from Corporate Plan, on which tender volume is based. • Working with our Power Bi dashboard to pull performance statistics for the KPI stewardship with carriers. • Collaborating with our procurement team on potential new lanes, allocation % amendments, Tender negotiations, etc, to ensure that we maintain a good service for the best cost. • Liaison with Global Freight Forwarding Management on any Order to Ship operational issues. • Point of escalation for any E2E operational issues within our Marine Operations Team (MCT). • Drive “Safety First” culture with TPSP & stakeholders. • Ensure controls compliance (Payment & Trade Regulations, TPSP system access, Control reports review) and support UIA and Audit. · • Key Interfaces · External: Marine Carriers, Global Freight Forwarders. Internal: Procurement, S&OP, Global Advisor Network, Compliance, Law. • Use of SAP, Excel, Power Point, Power Bi dashboard.

• Management of APO (P9P)/GATP(G9P) systems in SAP for the allocation of available product for customers based on statistical and sales forecast. • Leading weekly calls with Supply Planning to discuss current Supply Signals of products, impacting events, market situation or process improvements. • Run monthly Sales Adjusted Forecasts in APO (SAP P9P) for Global Demand Planners to base final constrained forecast. • Based on order inflow and supply signals extra volume requests are made with Supply Planners and/or volume swaps between regions/territories or customers. • EMEAF Business contact for system/ process enhancement projects in collaboration with IT Network.

• Managing the road and intermodal transport planning for EM European Chemicals. • Working on role creation product for Transport Planner role, as part of the Ops Hub re-structuring project. Tasks included process mapping the new role by conducting a pilot with one cross functional team and establishing communication lines and roles and responsibilities. • Working with SAP’s Transport Management (TM) system and troubleshooting system logic issues with background feed tables. • Conducting daily follow up reports to ensure all pending orders are planned with contractual/spot rate carrier. • Leading face to face and online meetings with carriers to improve current practices. • Handling additional demurrage and storage costs from carriers. • Liaising cross functionally with Procurement on spot costs exceeding standard freight rates.

• Processing all UK/European outbound orders in SAP • Issue Resolution and Best Practice reviews with carriers and warehouses via online meetings and site visits. • Maintaining warehouse inventory levels for UK mainland and Northern Ireland through forecasting and planning replenishments into store. • Performing monthly stock reconciliations to ensure that our inventory management systems are in line with actual.

• Handling UK Imports of purchased commodities from North America and Canada. Arranging customs clearance, container release, transport of goods into store. • Processing all outbound orders to Europe/UK mainland via Microsoft Navision. • Handling the Intermodal logistics for all UK and Intercontinental sales. • Liaising daily/weekly with 3rd party service providers on stock reconciliation reporting. • Handling transfers of stock between UK warehouses using Microsoft Navision. • Liaising with international hauliers on intermodal rates for intercontinental spot trades.* Liaising with international hauliers on intermodal rates for intercontinental spot trades.* Use of Incoterms 2010, Navision ERP Tool, Excel.

• Responsible or involved with most aspects of ExxonMobil’s supply chain model for Petrochemicals into South Africa. • SAP stakeholder contact, working internally with project management teams and IT suppliers on SAP system innovation and resolution testing. • Participating in internal Supply/Demand planning and issue resolution meetings, to determine forecasted demand, replenishments and best practices for South Africa. • Regular online meetings with South African Sales agent regarding warehouse replenishment forecast and prioritisation of stocks for strategic customers. • MEAF stakeholder for global logistics project teams to ensure standardisation of global freight routes deliverable in SAP. • Presenting a soft skills work package to new employees in order to get them up to speed on company processes and expectations.

• Calculating competitive and strategic prices for various global trade lanes, dependable on commodities being moved and container optimisation. • Excel reporting generated from in house system data for the purpose of basing strategic pricing and incentives on specific trade lanes. • Point of contact for standard and strategic customers for information or assistance with shipment related issues.
