I started within this company working as a part time sales associate working my way up to being the team leader for the in-store print centre where I was responsible for liasing with customers over there design & print needs, carrying out there jobs and managing the team of people within the print centre. Here I streamlined our work organisation introducing productions logs and rigorous standards on job order forms. I also worked with other store employees in training them to be print centre black belts and worked closley with the store manager to ensure that targets were being set and met by the print team.
