In my life as a designer, my mantra was "find a way to empathise with the problem, and you'll find the solution". You can't empathise with something until you've understood it, and to understand it, you need to learn all you can about it.I've taken this ethos into my research for UX/UI design, and believe design, when done right, won't be noticed, and if done beautifully, traverses language.I'm a graphic designer who moved into the managerial side of creative businesses. I have a passion for user experience, customer journeys, working with creative people, problem solving, managing time, money, projects and personalities.I like to work where I merge my creative business background with my passion for working with design and technology. I'm driven by the human side of a product - the interaction, thinking and problem solving - and the business behind it.
