In my role as Sales Coordinator I am responsible for following up on all existing/outstanding tenders varying in value from £150,000 to £2M, requesting structural engineers drawings for new projects to tender from existing and new companies/customers, updating CRM and sales notes/pipeline, updating the companies social media/website pages and completing supply chain forms so we can be added for future enquiries. I am also learning the basics of structural steelwork estimation and take-offs with a view at becoming an all round Project Manager/Estimator.

Recently as of December 2018 i have progressed in to a different type of role which is as a service coordinator, this involves proactive and reactive booking of servicing works to be carried out by our engineers and then book this in to their diaries. I also help with answering general queries that come in weather it be sales, service or technical support needed.

I work closely with the sales and customer service team to ensure that the customers receive the best product and service experience in the construction market.In my role, my key responsibilities are to be the first point of contact between the customer and Bull products, I use several resources to locate construction sites around the UK and find out who the relevant contact would be i'd need to speak to in order to introduce the company and our products.I also organize for our sales representatives to visit various construction sites in order to discover the different products they're currently using and potential products they could be using to make sure their workplace is safe and secure as possible.

As Customer Relations Coordinator i was the focal point for new business coming in, my main role was to supply ink cartridges and printing consumables to public and business sectors. My duties included taking orders, preparing quotations and contracts, processing orders, meeting existing and potential customers face to face and attending any functions that may have been beneficial to the business. I would also occasionally take to the companies social media pages to let customers know of new deals and benefits to using a local company rather than a big name brand.

In my office based role as a sales executive and later an account manager, my main duty was to sell bespoke polythene products via email and telecommunications. I was able to do this comfortably with a championship football club and a leading UK based manufacturer of insulation among the most noteable customers. As well as selling products i also answered most incoming enquiries, prepared specification sheets, provided quotations and samples for existing and potential customers and worked out sensible profit margins.
