Educated in Sports and Exercise Science as well as obtaining a teaching degree. However the education sector was never for me, I trained to become a personal trainer following my passion of health, fitness and helping people. I've ended up on a journey of self- development and found myself in this world of 'business'. I'm now the proud owner of Squad Training Limited, helping people live a better life and achieving their goals via group personal training. We aim to be #morethanagym delivering an exceptional service and taking the seriousness and fear out of entering a gym environment.
