PeopleTalking is a global steward of David Kantor's brilliant systems model of human communication, and one of the core Global Partners of Fearless Organisation, working closely with Professor Amy Edmondson around Psychological Safety and Learning Organisation.Kieran has presented at conferences since 2009, is a chartered management accountant (CIMA retired), and has both a graduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Human Change, and a Masters in Applied Psychotherapy. Kieran's most important role is to be the best father and husband he can be, precious learning that keeps on giving. Kieran is also a passionate duathlon masters athlete, competing at national and world championship level when timing and injuries allow.
