I am constantly speaking and dealing with customers over the phone in relation to the successful claim that they have had with ourselves, the job role requires me to take card payments over the phone and advise customers on what is best to do in the claim process .Furthermore I have to listen to customers and come up with the solution to the situation this maybe passing the customer over to the relevant department if necessary, setting up an auto-payment, payment plan or take payment in full . My job role ensures that I remain professional at all times as I am very highly regulated by the Ministry of Justice with me discussing personal details and financial information specific to our customers.

During my customer service role I had to take inbound calls within the business and help the customer with the matter in hand ensuring that they were satisfied with the service provided and that they were continuing with the claim process . Each customer was different and each situation was different, I had to ensure that I thoroughly listened to the customer and best advised them to make the process as easy as possible for them. This job role allowed me to train fellow employees and coach them within the job role as well as having added responsibility of locking up the office whilst I was employed at Claim Eazy doing the evening shift.
