-Developed new programs to address gaps in the set of services the organization provides for Burmese migrants living in Thailand.-Researched and wrote grant applications in order to secure funding for new programs.-Co-wrote, edited, and designed the 2014 Annual Report.

I coordinated and facilitated various summer sports programs for groups of up to 50 children aged 7-14. The most significant program, "Adventure Based Challenge", was designed to empower youth and develop leadership skills through team-building initiatives and rock climbing.
