Established the Digital Health practice in my geography. Led complex engagements across public sector and became a renowned subject matter expert in healthcare technology, education and criminal justice. • Key responsibilities: Worked in the Technology Advisory team. Undertook various roles in a multi-year IT systems implementation at large mining company (supplier selection, design, build, test and deployment). Conducted IT strategy reviews and IT operating model designs at an Australian university and land title agency. Developed an ERP business case. Undertook a rapid cost reduction programme.• Key achievements: Delivered a successful systems consolidation at a FTSE100 miner. Achieved savings of £3.5m in a rapid sourcing exercise at a junior mining company.

• Key responsibilities: Worked within the IT Sourcing team. Undertook engagements spanning the outsourcing cycle including vendor selection, contract renegotiation, IT cost reduction and termination and exit (including contract novation).• Key achievements: Advised NHS Direct on a key contract renegotiation. Novated over 100 IT contracts (£5m p.a.) upon termination of an IT services agreement on behalf of a government client. Developed a contract novation methodology. Undertake a procurement process for a core banking systems replacement for a UK bank. Supported a CIO in the building of a new UK bank. Saved 23% in IT operational spend for a government client through a cost reduction programme.
