Implemented and Characterised Electronic Tests on Silicon to achieve qualification for use in High Volume Production.Experienced with Advantest T2000 and Intel HDMT ATE Testers.Collected and Analysed large data sets in order to make decisions regarding optimisation of Test Programs for Cost and Yield.
