Kieran has history of driving strategic change, identifying and capturing new opportunities. His valuable skill set gained “in the field” across multiple industries and sectors includes Corporate Finance, Project and Change Management. Most recently, Kieran served as a Partner and CFO of a regional accounting partnership and as the Construction and Engineering industry segment leader for the firm. Kieran has held various executive positions with heavy civil, industrial, mining and oil field construction service companies where he was responsible for treasury, corporate finance, overseeing the accounting & finance departments. Prior to that, Kieran worked with a national accounting firm’s corporate finance sell-side advisory group where his responsibilities include financial modelling and industry analyses for mergers & acquisitions in the construction and oilfield service industries. While with the national Assurance practice, he served a wide range of public and private clients, gaining experience in the oil and gas, transportation, and construction industries. Kieran is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and in 2020 was accepted into the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman Directors Education Program.
