My initiative led to the purchase of a €7,000 borescope, further validating the value of my approach in improving product performance.Additionally, I applied Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing processes, conducting a successful root cause analysis that led to an enhancement in the quality of our silicone tubes, resulting in higher-quality procedure videos.
