Project Director Snowy 2.0
Snowy 2.0 is a pumped-hydro expansion of the existing Snowy Scheme which will significantly add to existing energy generation and large-scale storage capabilities. Snowy 2.0 will increase the Scheme’s generation capacity by 2,000 megawatts (MW). At full capacity, Snowy 2.0 will provide large-scale energy storage of 175 hours, or enough to power three.
