About Kieran Cutting
I'm a facilitator, designer and researcher working at fractals co-op. We use a toolbox of methods from across disciplines to help organisations making social change get unstuck. Sometimes, I might be making a card game to help young people reflect on their lived experiences, and other times I might be facilitating a team of people to reconnect and move through tension. I'm experienced in guiding charities through co-production and co-design processes, putting the experiences of the people they serve at the forefront of their work. I love to help people think differently about evaluation, learning and research - it shouldn't just be a box to be ticked, but instead an opportunity to reflect on your practice, change directions, and maximise the impact of your work. If you're interested in hearing more about fractals or my work, message me or email kieran@fractals.coop and I'd love to chat - or if you're based in the North East, buy you a coffee.
Listed skills include Local Government, Social Research, Public Policy, Sustainability, and 26 others.
