Ownership of national programmes, trials, migration of operational APEX apps to cloud platform, working across lines of business and 3rd party and with customers.

Creates industry leading performance and coaching management dashboard and governance helping save Openreach over £15million. Managed stakeholder expectations and led the region through various large scale reorganisations. Managed resource moves to other parts of the organisation in line with MTP. Implemented best practice with training, sickness and engineer handover and rolled out to a national level.

Developed a business wide safety reporting dashboard on APEX having never used it before and had minimal SQL skills. Picked it up very quickly and phased the rollout to various teams to trial, before mass roll out. Managed stakeholders along the way

Installing and repairing phone lines and broadband using test equipment, tools and mainly intuition.

Created a database to better manage the purchasing department productivity, which was previously being managed through email attachments and various excel spreadsheets.

It is an express store rather than a supermarket. I.e. the people that use the shop are local, and you get to know the regulars. My responsibility is to provide a friendly service based on a "customer comes first" basis, meaning that I will drop anything to assist a customer. Whether they are asking where a specific item is, if we have anymore in the stockroom or even just for a chat. I also work on the tills so I have to get on with and have a laugh with the customers, no matter how difficult they are, while still keeping the queue moving efficiently. In the past I have been the duty manager for about half a year. This involved opening/closing the store, leading a team of staff, creating a plan of what jobs needed doing that day, handling large amounts of cash, being the go-to person for customers with queries and complaints and being the person responsible for everything that went right or wrong in the store, including reporting thefts/damages and dealing directly with thieves and confrontational people.

This is as much a hobby as it is a job. Every weekend my band play paid gigs all over the country. I am also pretty much the 'techie' of the group. I.e. every gig I am the person who sets up all the PA system and understands how it all works, I get us a good sound both front of house and on stage. I also created and manage the website for the band which is complete with an instagram image gallery, latest YouTube video codes on the home page, advanced advert cycling system, comprehensive calendar, news feed and direct links to the Facebook and Twitter profiles for the band. The website is completely self sufficient, that means every time something is uploaded to any of the above mentioned social network sites, or I add another gig to the calendar in my phone, everything on the website all automatically updates. I am self taught in web design and spent a lot of time finding codes to get this to work. Since we play in a lot of different environments and places, the people can differ quite a lot, so I have to be able to get on with and perform to many different types of personalities, this can often be quite difficult, however I manage most of the time and I do enjoy the band.

I was often given the role of 'front facer' or 'drive thru window' meaning I would be the first person people would see whether entering the store or using the drive-thru. I was given this role as I was seen as a friendly person who got the job done quickly, while making the customer feel welcome.

Waiting on tables serving pre-booked meals, meaning that I had to get the correct meals to the correct tables following a plan. This is a little more difficult than a usual waiter as normally, the food will have just been ordered and the waiter would remember who placed the order and where to take the food. I had to be on the ball, clearing up tables as soon as the entire table had finished ready for their next course to be delivered.
