Towards the end of 2020 I had the opportunity to continue to serve leading local and international companies across a range of sectors. Stationed at our Cambodia HQ, Mäd continues to be at the forefront of growth in the Asia-Pacific. I advise our clients on a range of strategic and operational topics at the intersection of digital and technology with a particular emphasis on human-centric design and development principles. During my time at Mäd, I have actively worked on designing, developing, and implementing solutions for the UNDP, the country's largest regional banks, property development firms, and corporate groups among other SMEs.

After successfully delivering several mid-sized projects as lead developer, I had the opportunity to step up as a senior front end designer/developer with a special focus on rapid, mobile first web development. My current role involves continuous expansion of my technical skills (Webflow, Ghost, Modular CSS, Optimization), leadership skills (leading design sprint sessions, interviewing potential candidates, project management) and delivering innovative web solutions for some of Cambodia's largest companies.

After working with Mäd's sister company Bloo, I moved over to the design team at Mäd to keep up with the rapid increase of design and development projects for some of South East Asias leading companies and brands. My main achievements to date have been completing the development work for the release of Mäd 3.1, project lead for Family Care First (part of Save the Children) and lead front end developer for the new ISI GROUP corporate website.

I worked with the Chief Digital Officers Team (CDO) within the Executive office to provide digital transformation consulting services and support UNDP country offices and national government counterparts. I worked on a dozen projects that spanned application design, website design and development, solutions architecture and artificial intelligence, some of which received global media recognition (UNGA 22 and 23). My specific responsibilities involved project management, UX/UI design, growth and implementation (software development) where needed.

After proving my capabilities at EuroCham Cambodia, I had the opportunity to take on more specialised projects and manage the communications team for the largest Western business association in Cambodia. To date, my main achievements have been to develop a unique communications strategy for the upcoming EU-Fair and complete a full social-media audit develop a new social-media strategy for EuroCham. I also ensured that our communication activities continue to reach a greater audience, boosting the number of attendees and ensuring EuroCham remains a leading voice for compliant European businesses in the Kingdom.

Working with the largest western business association in Cambodia to provide strategic advice and leadership, design and implement a range of communications services and deliver effective solutions that maintain the high profile of EuroCham in the eyes of their members, the royal government and the EU delegation in Cambodia.
