Progressed from working as a waiter/kitchen porter to head waiter over a period of three years working over evening and weekend, with full time working over summer periods. My responsibilities varied from working under the manager in regards to event organising, managing staff, service delivery, maintenance of the kitchen; and to maintain an adequate service over summer periods during times of managers holiday.
