The high point of this phase was the establishment of a marketing agency, where I collaborated with DJs and event promoters, using my skills in marketing, business strategy, and innovation.With a wealth of experience in the dynamic realm of music, education and marketing, I bring a fresh perspective to our family’s manufacturing company, founded in 1950 by my grandparents. My focus has been on transforming our operations and culture to create a future-proof, modern work environment, ensuring continuity and resilience. I am dedicated to fostering creativity, encouraging innovation, and maintaining the legacy of quality and excellence that has been our trademark for over seven decades.As we stand at the 74th chapter of our story, my eyes are firmly set on leading our company into its 100th birthday, honouring the past, adopting the present, and innovating for the future.
