Power was lost to the primary site, and even after the flood waters receded, the primary datacentre was run off generators. A strike team consisting of members of individual teams was established, initially to ensure the safe shutdown of the production environment, followed by the establishment of the Disaster Recovery environment. The team successfully ensured that Sunsuper’s operations were able to continue.
