I was one of only three people in the company selected to join the Deputy P&L Head Program – a new role designed to identify and prepare the next generation of P&L-owning leadership. In this position, I craft and present quarterly and yearly budgets, roadmaps, and strategy for CXO consumption and assist in the day-to-day management of our entire NetCredit P&L.
