- Responsible for bringing corporates on board, increasing revenue by 20% in the first three months.- Creating marketing presentations, brochures and delivering tailored presentations to corporate clients.- Launching joint campaigns, including the Lanarkshire Defibrillator Scheme across the county in conjunction with the Scottish Ambulance Service.- Managing administrative and operational activities relating to all funding, sponsorship and business partnership activity. - Appointed SQA and Modern Apprenticeship Co-ordinator with the responsibility for running the day to day operations of the New Lanark Modern Apprenticeship Centre: creating and implementing policies, actively contributing to workshops and conferences.

- Visiting prospective properties and advising Directors which investments would have good ROI’s based on geographic and economic indicators. - Increasing rental income by 300% in the first year, directly communicating effectively with tenants and conducting visits to understand issues, negotiate rents and arrange payment plans. - Liaising with local authorities, sheriff officers, mortgage companies and sub-agents as the point of authority for all aspects of the operation- Developing an updated CRM database system; monitoring rent, EPC, GSC and EICR compliance.

- Tripling chamber membership over two years, as I introduced structured scripts to the sales team.- Monitoring and upskilling colleagues as they cold called prospective clients to arrange meetings with Directors and promoted the services the Chamber offers to businesses across the district. 80% success rate after training – cold calls to Director meetings ratio.- Conducting initial meetings with Directors across a range of organisations, from SME’s to MNC’s, as the client relationship manager. - Running campaign initiatives and introducing clients to the tendering process and supplier development programme across North and South Lanarkshire Councils. - Developing the CRM system and utilising salesforce to manage current and prospective member relations and requests to the Chamber. - Organising and facilitating networking events, gaining maximum exposure for our clients. - Creating a new membership retention strategy by increasing communication and organising feedback forum discussions across integrated groups. - Nurturing business relationships and highlighting the key benefits of participating in programmes that lead to recognition, such as The Lanarkshire Business Awards, The Queen’s Award for Innovation and the financial incentives of ‘Going Green’.
