We offer courses and bespoke learning that are all geared towards building confidence in public speaking. My experiences of leading large scale group learning of music and one-to-one vocal coaching inspired me to combine these elements, creating the Dialogue courses.

I direct two large community choirs for Berkshire charity Sing Healthy, conducting and leading the choirs in performances and collaborations throughout the county. Sing Healthy regularly raises money for charity, as well as directly supporting local charities such as CLASP. During my six-plus years with the choirs, we have performed a diverse range of repertoire at key venues in the county. – most memorably, performing throughout a live broadcast of BBC Breakfast from Windsor Castle in December 2019.

Back in 2010, I could see that the creation of digital video was going to be a huge deal for the arts sector. I worked alongside some of the very top ensembles in the UK, producing filmed content, training staff and up-skilling marketing departments.I now focus my skills to those in front of the camera: those in the business of talking about their work and offering authentically to the lens. It takes practise, but I firmly believe that we can all talk as confidently on camera as we can to our closest friend.

I throughly enjoyed the challenge of reforming UCL's fabulous Chamber Choir, shaping their sound and helping them become more self-sufficient as a student-run society. During my tenure we undertook a series of ambitious performances in London, with several short trips outside the capital and abroad.

I worked with Cisco on a termly basis, running their office choir at their campus in Feltham. Each term, we will work towards a performance for their Christmas, Comic/Sport relief fundraiser, and summer BBQ events. The choir is open to all employees and is a great deal of fun for everyone involved!

I worked with over 140 clients from around the world, teaching accent softening, elocution and effective communication skills one-to-one. London Speech Workshop combines aspects of contemporary psychology, neuroscience, and performance techniques, harnessing the practices of the best communicators and turning their techniques into simple tools that can be used by anyone.

Developing and managing print and digital marketing strategies for the concert hall; developing the brand and building awareness of our proposition for existing audiences and new audiences; managing the design and production of all brochures, promotional materials, adverts and concert programmes; writing and assembling 
copy for marketing materials; proactively working with promoter partners to maximise the reach of St John’s 
Smith Square; creating brand guidelines and ensuring their successful application throughout the organisation 
and by external promoters, giving support where necessary; using our sales database (Spectrix) to examine our audience and use the information to better focus targeted email and direct mail campaigns, seasonal brochure mailings and ticketing initiatives; selecting and utilising analytics software (TalkWalker) to examine our online and press coverage, social media and reviews, to focus our content and our engagement with end users, whilst further developing our online presence; assisting the development team with membership initiatives to drive ticket revenue and regular patronage; developing and negotiating external partnerships with likeminded organisations to build exposure and patronage through reciprocal marketing and events; managing all marketing staff and external suppliers and stakeholders including digital and litho printers, mailing houses, advertisers and promoters; 
managing the marketing budget.

Point of contact for all composers, artists, conductors and programmers working with UEL; representing the company on regular promotional trips around the country; scheduling meetings with programmers and conducting extensive research based on each specific meeting; detailed strategic planning alongside programmers and promoters; frequently writing and editing articles for the printed and email newsletter; detailed proofreading work, particularly notable in the 2009 composer brochures and throughout the prefaces of the newly released study score series.

General office administration; dealing with public enquiries; producing scores to order; co-ordinating office diaries;developing and co-ordinating New Music Mart workshops; liaising with composers, performers and record labels.
