-Work with all daily tasks associated with Cryptography engineering and operations.-Maintaining PKI, HSM, and digital signature infrastructure.-Managing all aspects of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in a large scale enterprise environment (100,000+ users).-Designing, deploying & managing multi-vendor solutions; On-Prem Certificate Authority solutions like Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) & Entrust Certificate Authority.-Managing our enterprise key life cycle management solution via Keyfactor Command.-Enterprise scale Code Signing service backed by FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).-Maintaining the health and posture of factory Hardware Security Modules (HSM's) within Dell Digital.-Vulnerability remediation lead for all low/med/high/critical vulnerabilities within the Crypto infrastructure.-Queue Manager for the EMEA time zone for the Dell PKI Cryptography team.-Providing weekend On-Call support for the Dell PKI Cryptography team.-Providing Support on Major Incident Management (MIM) calls for Dell PKI Cryptography team.-Run and lead weekly team calls to improve our process's and upskill myself and other team members.-Provide training and support to new team members.

-Incident response for Azure Information Protection (AIP) & Wombat Phish Alarm-Interfacing with other cybersecurity teams, governance, auditors and IT teams-Implementation of monitors, technical controls, based on cybersecurity standards and policies-Management of Change Control within the Crypto space-Linux, Windows server root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and service restoration procedures-Management of inside and outside PKI infrastructure-Providing certificates for company usage and support IT with correct implementation

-Analyze, Review & Approves changes of moderate risk/impact and less for all Application Segments which includes, Manufacturing, Services, Order Management, DCS & EBIA-Facilitate CAB meetings -Act as Queue Manager and delegate changes to team members based on their availability & Bandwidth.-Providing Support on MIM calls on Change Process and work on expedite change requests if necessary-Support Project Mangers on Release & Non Release changes -Promotes correct process use within IT and Business points of contact-POC for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) & for changes, evangelization and education for IT segments -POC for Change Practitioners within an IT segment and provide Change management trainings for new -Project managers and New team members in Change & release teams.-Point of escalation for high risk/impact changes within an IT segment to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) -Identifies process improvement opportunities to the Process Owner (PO), and submit demand in supporting tool to Completes BRD(s), as required o Performs UAT and regression testing -Tools/Applications – Remedy, Service now, TFS, Change point
