This included upgrading our Angular package multiple versions and testing everything was working, designing and developing a new login journey, designing and developing a new style of content app with a slider homepage and developing new features including but not limited to integrating with GetStream to provide a chat facility within our App.Along side managing all our internal sites, the main site I managed was our OneHub area built using Laravel. This is where our clients managed and updated their App. Performing regular updates, creating new features, updating current features and overhauling the whole look and feel of the system to modernise it. This included re-designing the whole site using Tailwind CSS, the creation of several features such as Auto Launch, Form Creator, Chat facility and many more. I also worked on creating several types of users utilising middleware to stop certain types of users seeing stuff they don't have access to.I have a brief knowledge of AWS Console including S3, SES, SNS, DynamoDB, CloudFront and CodeCommit. I spent most of my time within S3 and DynamoDB with brief snippets of time spent in the other areas.I also helped manage weekly wrap email sends for clients and to clients. These were news bulletin style emails containing top stories from the week relevant to their professions. This included designing the templates themselves, making updates to freshen up the look and feel along with constant image updates. I also took control over the configuration of HubSpot, how we would use it, any fields we needed, the best layout for us to use when cataloging out clients and any automation I could utilise to make our lives easier.I also took charge over client communication via emails within HubSpot. This included created lists and segmenting them into relevant groups based on criteria, designing and developing the emails along with scheduling them in the correct timezone depending on our clients' region. On occasion I also worked in Photoshop to help clients along in the design process.I also managed the sending of internal marketing and client emails. This included the design and creation of said emails, building them and then running them through both internal and online tests to make sure they were usable and had no obvious errors. Another main part of this role was to make sure that the marketing and client email lists we had were kept up to date with both new contacts along with anyone that didn't require these emails anymore.Managing our marketing landing pages for events and webinars through Unbounce. This included researching past pages we had built and online examples of "good" performing pages, using that knowledge to create a best guess of what ours should look like, sometimes including A/B testing to gather our own information and test new things. Once published and emails had been sent I would monitor performance closely and making any necessary changes before the next email would go out.When managing sites and emails I utilised a third party program called Zapier. This allowed us to capture data from multiple sources and route it to other places.
