With a position that has involved a myriad of my skills, from retail, marketing, design, visual merchandising, event management and violin performance, I’ve worked through the “growing pains” of transitioning from a boutique start-up, to becoming a national leader and internationally recognised in the sector. I managed and produced the Tyalgum Music Festival, overseeing all production and management of artists and teams of casual employees and volunteers, culminating in seven headline shows and numerous pop-up performances across a three-day festival in 2019
