About Kiera Penpeci, Psyd

(She/her) I'm an Organizational and Leadership Psychologist with experience in non-profit and high-tech organizations. I am passionate about helping leaders enact the strategies and visions for their teams using Organizational Development (OD) principles. My area of research is in emotional labor, mindfulness, and their relationship to the sense of belonging. The focus of my work is in developing diversifying organizations to improve the quality of their practices to increase the sense of belonging and prime them to operate with DEI in mind.
