Hello! My name is Kiera Ferguson and I am an animator/illustrator who focuses on concept art and character design! With my art, I strive to influence representation, individuality and the importance of art in community, being an LGBT+/African American woman myself in the industry! As for years of experience, I have worked freelance on commissions and commercial work for numerous years now and I love doing so! As far as working in the industry, I recently had the priviledge of interning with award-winning animator Bill Plymptoon at Plymptons Studios assisting and contributing to the animations made, and had a wonderful, beneficial experience! I also work on various student-made animations at New York University where I attend and gained multiple skills within the film and television industry, learning Adobe softwares, artistic and animation techniques, designing and creating concepts, and much more!
