Involved in all aspects of customer liaison including estimates and queries, booking and maintaining repairs on the computer system, issuing engineers with appropriate kit to complete service contracts. Configuration & PDI of kit. RTM & warranty claim back.

Duties involved estimating on special works and main contract tenders up to a value of £5 million. Tenders included traditional, design and build and specification and drawing projects.

Assisted the Senior Estimators in the preparation of tenders, including pricing major sections of the bill of quantities. Worked for 4 years on main contract and special works estimating and 16 months as a site based Quantity Surveyor.
