I provided pre-construction and project management services to a range of government and corporate clients looking to refurbish their industrial and office assets under 6000sqm. I held the role of construction superintendent, representing government and corporate clients in the efficient delivery of their office and industrial refurbishment projects.Throughout the project I was responsible for; compiling the project bid, assembling the project consultancy team, developing the project program & budget, tendering the construction services and contract managing the project to achieve a successful handover.
