With over 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. I have a BSc in Product Design and Manufacture, and I excel at process improvement, manufacturing engineering, automation expertise and design for manufacturing. In my various Managing Director / GM Roles, I have been responsible for planning and directing the business growth in line with the group's goals and managing the budget, P&L, and cash flow for investment plans.In my most recent role, I also oversee the operations of Gedore Torque, a subsidiaries that offer high torque product solutions for various applications. I have successfully led the business hive up project, developed and expanded the existing customer base, increased the market awareness of our product offering, and driven efficiency projects to reduce cost and maximize output, without compromising quality. I have also implemented KPIs to promote an inclusive workforce, identified potential challenges, and evaluated and reviewed the current portfolio mix to ensure maximum potential and identify opportunities. I have a strong technical background and a keen eye for innovation, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers and managers.
