I currently lead work on Trade and Brexit at Friends of the Earth, including advocating for a strong new environmental watchdog, developing proposals around future UK trade policy and engaging with EU governments to lobby for a commitment to non-regression and dynamic alignment mechanisms in the future UK-EU relationship. I have been a campaigner at FOE for the past 4 years, working additionally across food, behaviour change and trade issues.Previously, I have 15 years experience of work on a range of policy and campaign issues across the NGO and charity sector, including around food production, the private rented sector, disability benefit reform and youth engagement in politics. I am a board member of the campaigning support charity the Sheila McKechnie Foundation, GM Freeze and homeless charity Streetlytes.
