Responsible for providing administrative functions that support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Division. As a Human Resources Coordinator I carry out responsibilities in the functional area of Talent Acquisition.Advises management on recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, recruitment, relocation, and retentionincentive programs.-Analyzes solutions to support client goals, improve operations, and increase process efficiency. -Conducts prescreening and preliminary interviews to determine the applicant’s suitability for placement.-Coordinates implementation of policy requirements in the areas of administration support services.-Creates weekly Talent Acquisition reports and prepares trend analysis or other reports as required.

Responsible for organizational ambassador to our candidates, ensuring a stellar candidate experience while reflecting Atlantic Council’s core values.

Responsible for executing full cycle talent acquisition strategies across multiple locations and client groups.

Partner with managers to identify and recruit top talent which includes interviewing, testing, referring and selection of internal and external talent.

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of salary and hourly employees. Duties included:-Standardized processes to reduce the recruitment cycle by 5 days.-Managed candidate and employment records utilizing ROX, an automated record keeping system.
