• Help to develop programs on Centrals 5 campuses- totaling over 40 events annually. Outreaches include Made for More, Adopt-A-Family, Christmas services, Mobilize, Easter services, COPE.
• Working alongside with Elementary schools within Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, Glendale, and Ahwatukee to adopt and provide Christmas for 1,400 families and 5,000+ children.
• Lead both Mesa and Glendale’s servant ministers for Adopt a Family program
• Serving as a liaison between Phoenix organizations and Central Christian Church staff regarding upcoming events and serving outreaches.
• Developing leaderships skills for 13 hours a week in our Central Leadership Institute classroom by experiencing classes taught by experienced pastors, business and world leaders.

• Develop community outreach programs for single parent, poverty stricken homes – totaling over 25 events annually. Outreaches include Health Clinics, Neighborhood BBQs, Christmas Store, Christmas Stockings, Queen for a.
• Organize, prepare and place volunteers, with numbers ranging from 5 to 300, during various outreaches.
• Created and developed a volunteer interview and screening process with follow through including background checks, volunteer skills identification, and pastors’ references resulting in a strong volunteer relationship.
• Lead and teach junior high to college aged mission in the inner city of Milwaukee. Topics include racial residue, compassion, servanthood and evangelicalism; promoting awareness of diversity and acceptance.
• Create and implement volunteer job descriptions at each outreach.
• Develop and orchestrate targeted volunteer orientations for diverse volunteer groups ranging in ages from 12 - 72.
