Kiersten Turner Email and Phone Number

Kiersten Turner is currently a Planning Assistant with the City of Los Angeles, Planning Department. She is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Master's in Urban Planning, concentrating in Urban Design. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Heritage Conservation from the School of Architecture where she pursued her passion for historic architecture and the sustainable reuse of buildings through adaptive reuse. Through Kiersten's broad educational background and work experiences, she has learned to approach problem solving from a multidisciplinary perspective. She finds that the most creative solutions come from thinking in such a way, especially when it comes to creating a dynamic and successful urban environment. Kiersten has learned about biology, environmental science, animal science, chemistry, psychology, urban planning history and theory, and architectural history; all of which have combined to give her a unique perspective from which to make planning decisions.
