About Kiersten Gabriella-Cooper Sanchez

With me, "all work and no play" transforms to "hard work and all wordplay!" 💭💡🖊 I'm a multi-disciplinary creative with a mind like a pin-ball machine. My ideas bounce off one another in a colorful whiz of fast-paced iterations that run smack-dab into unforgettable, Jackpot-scoring concepts. This translates into a wide-range of surprising and engaging copy, designs, branding, and campaigns.Coupled with my pun-ishing knack for witticisms, my passion is awakening people to their own potential, bringing creative visions to life, and tackling challenges. For example, I took a highly atypical route to my prior role—I pitched a nonprofit, start-up to everyone I knew and assembled a team of monthly donors to cover all expenses, so I could be an integral developer in a globe-reaching sub-ministry. Before that, I was responsible for developing and assisting with the execution of strategic marketing campaigns for an entire winery franchise while simultaneously managing sole ownership over the personalized label department. In college, I was in two honors programs with a minor because, why not? (Translation: You can count on me to be a zany go-getter on any assignment or project.) As a Gen-Z marketer, I have one thing many tenured teammates don't have—fresh eyes. 😎 Brands need to know how to take risks, remain relevant, and appeal to real people. I have the experience and know-how to help your team stay honest, creative, and be positioned to best tell your story. They call me MiniCooper for a reason—I'm a girl with drive.Say hi! kierstengcooper@gmail.com

Brand Marketing Specialist

Frisco, Texas, United States

My role at STC Safety Training & Compliance proved I can brand any industry, regardless of prior familiarity!STC had a looming problem: weak brand awareness. Their social media presence was minimal, website undiscoverable, and messaging inconsistent. In other words, they lacked marketing strategy and a compelling story.↳ Creative challenge accepted!Brand strategy: A comprehensive analysis revealed that 1) STC and their competitors were each positioned by their “why” to save laborers’ lives; yet, 2) target clients weren’t being sold by the mission. Many growth-minded CEOs and COOs still viewed third-party safety consulting as an unnecessary expense. This created an opportunity to speak more to the target-client’s pain-point, focusing, not just on the “why” of protecting people but on the “how” of using simple and scalable systems to “Protect people, brand, and profits” (their new USP!).Repositioning safety, not as an expense, but as a growth-tactic proved to increase conversions, but it wasn’t enough—we needed more visibility. And thus, the foundation of my creative strategy was built: Be so bold that leaders can’t help but take a second look at safety. From that mission, I positioned STC as the Rebel archetype with the empowering personality like Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson; a strong trainer who challenges safety misconceptions, builds safety cultures, and produces insane ROI. Next, I partnered with Austin-based agency, Blackhawk, to strategize the design identity and build a new website. STC’s competitors boasted sleek, modern creative, so we went with gritty, torn, and punchy graphics to further drive the idea that the typical, limited view of safety was being demolished.“Breaking safety stereotypes” became the foundation for our social strategy, which I also spearheaded. In total, my marketing partner and I managed and grew STC's IG, LN, YT, FB, and TT, a podcast, and the personal branding for STC's leaders.
